Product Merchandiser Senior Manager

TLDR

Oversee procurement and inventory management of truck spare parts while developing relationships with suppliers to assess merchandising needs and provide recommendations.

1. Overseeing the procurement, merchandising, and inventory management of truck spare parts to ensure optimal stock levels, product quality, and product assortment

2. Develop close relationship with suppliers, distributors, and related business to execute strategies to assess merchandising needs and provide recommendations

3. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products in the market

4. Act as a liaison between the company and B2B customers, addressing any merchandising-related inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner

5. Transfer product knowledge to sales team and collaborate to achieve sales target

  • 5 years of proven experience in sparepart production or distribution company, experience in handling Tire or Oil products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with B2B clients.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to procure new products with favorable pricing and term of payments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software for merchandising planning, tracking, and analysis
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with B2B clients and attend industry events.
