The Role

We are hiring a commercially serious Product Marketing Lead who thinks like a product manager and acts like an owner. You will sit at the centre of product, sales, marketing and the executive team. Your job is to tighten the connection between what we build, how we position it and how we win.

To be direct there is no inherited function here. No established playbook. No team to hand off to. No dedicated designer or copywriter on standby. You will be the product marketing function. That means researching, writing, building and iterating yourself, with support from the wider marketing team, but without the infrastructure of a mature PMM setup.

What You’ll Do

  • Own positioning, differentiation and value narrative across the portfolio
  • Bring structured voice of customer and competitive insight into product decisions
  • Clarify ICP, segmentation and expansion plays
  • Strengthen sales enablement with battlecards, pitch narratives and objection handling that actually move win rates
  • Bring discipline to launches and define what “ready for market” means
  • Provide clear, structured market insight to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Your work should show up in win rate, sales velocity, adoption and expansion.

Who This Is For

You have launched complex B2B SaaS products in a startup or scale up. You have built frameworks and materials yourself. You understand SaaS economics and care about revenue impact, not just messaging quality.

Maybe you're a mid level PMM ready to step up or maybe you're a product manager who's always been pulled toward marketing and the commercial side and you're ready to make that the centre of your work. Either way, if product is your foundation and commercial impact is what drives you, this is where that combination will matter most.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years in product marketing or product within B2B SaaS
  • Evidence of measurable GTM impact, you can point to outcomes, not just outputs
  • Strong competitive and customer insight capability, built and executed yourself
  • Ability to translate technical capability into clear commercial value
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment where you built things yourself rather than managing others to do
  • Strong technical fluency with genuine intellectual curiosity, you’re motivated by understanding complex systems and leveraging technology to drive commercial outcomes
  • Ability to produce high-quality sales enablement materials independently
  • Confidence operating cross functionally with senior stakeholders
  • Strong written communication, clear, benefit-driven, persuasive
  • The right to live and work in the UK

🟢 First Year: Repeatable GTM processes built, clear influence on the roadmap, the person every team turns to on positioning and market strategy
