Product Marketing Manager

AI overview

Lead a product marketing team to develop and optimize marketing funnels for innovative AI products, directly impacting conversion and revenue metrics.

We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, we may help to find the right ones.

Our client Inception-1 is an independent product company born within the Genesis ecosystem — one of the largest tech venture studios in Central and Eastern Europe.
They combine the creativity and agility of a startup with the experience, resources, and product expertise that come from being part of Genesis. This allows them to move fast, experiment boldly, and scale globally.

At Inception-1, they create AI-driven products that help people feel more connected and less alone. Their mission is to build meaningful digital experiences that blend technology with empathy — and to prove that AI can be both human and transformative.

Like other top Genesis projects that have grown into self-sustaining businesses, they are now entering a new stage of independence — building our own brand, team, and culture while staying true to the spirit of innovation that defines Genesis.
Today, their products are already reaching millions of users worldwide — and they’re just getting started.

We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team and help drive an innovative product in the AI Social Discovery space. Their team is building next-generation AI Companions — MyAnima, GetHoney, and GetHarder.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a product marketing team, build marketing funnels from start to finish, and take ownership of strategic decisions and backlog management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the MarTech team as a product manager, defining and prioritizing the backlog to meet key marketing needs with a focus on building and accelerating conversion funnels.

  • Own the product side of marketing funnels — from hypothesis and task setting to implementation, measurement, and iterative improvement.

  • Continuously generate and prioritize funnel-related initiatives for marketing units (UA, Affiliates, SEO, Creative, etc.) aimed at doubling key conversion metrics during the probation period.

  • Decompose and optimize funnel components, including landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, payment flows, A/B tests, time-to-value, and retention triggers.

  • Manage the unified MarTech backlog: collect requests from multiple marketing teams, maintain clear priorities, SLAs, and transparent delivery statuses.

  • Drive the team’s delivery performance together with the tech lead — plan sprints, monitor readiness and quality, remove blockers, and ensure timely releases.

  • Apply a strong data-driven approach — set measurable goals, track events and metrics, validate A/B tests, and make fast, evidence-based product decisions.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product stakeholders to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear communication on “what / why / when.”

  • Foster a culture of rapid experimentation and learning, shortening feedback loops and maximizing time-to-impact.

We are looking for you if:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or MarTech Product Management roles with a direct focus on funnel optimization and conversion growth.

  • Strong analytical mindset: defining and tracking metrics, interpreting data, running A/B tests, and working with tools like Amplitude, GA, or BI systems.

  • Hands-on experience in backlog management, prioritization, and sprint rituals, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and QA teams.

  • High execution speed and strong focus on delivering measurable value — able to move fast and drive impact.

  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (strong written communication required; spoken English is a plus).

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in MarTech ecosystems, including tracking, attribution, anti-fraud tools, quizzes, paywalls, and related technologies.

  • Background in performance marketing (UA, Facebook, TikTok, Snap, Google), affiliates, or SEO — with a solid understanding of their key pain points and workflows.

  • Creative mindset: ability to generate strong hypotheses and ideas to boost conversion rates.

What you will get:

  • Impact: direct influence on company revenue through conversion funnels and MarTech tools that power all marketing channels.

  • Environment: fast-paced startup culture with minimal bureaucracy and full ownership over the “how to get it done.”

  • Growth: a clear track toward a CMO role possible, or the opportunity to switch into Product Manager for a new product line.

  • Domains: flagship product in AI Companions, alongside a new product in the mental health space.
