• Be the voice of the Spanish market, understanding Qonto users, identifying and prioritizing use cases and features that resonate with local customers.
• Drive the GTM strategy of new product launches, ensuring strong market positioning and driving clear business impact.
• Act as Product Captain, ensuring a strong feedback loop between customers, market, and Product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns and messaging tailored to the Spanish market.
• Be the product point of contact within the market, representing Qonto at local events and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

• Experience: Work within the Fintech or payment domain. Proven experience in product marketing or related roles.

• Stakeholder management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Spain market, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
• Analytical and business-oriented: Business acumen and data-driven mindset, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on market analysis and KPIs.
• Languages: Native-level Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills.
