They blend customer insights, strategic thinking, and creativity to imagine the ideal journey for guests and hosts—then work backwards to deliver innovative, delightful products. PMMs leverage deep user research and product expertise, translating complex needs into actionable strategies and compelling go-to-market narratives.
Our PMMs partner closely with experts across engineering, design, supply, data science, operations, marketing, and other key teams to bring ideas to life and align on a shared vision. Known for being collaborative, detail-oriented, and hands-on, the PMM team leads initiatives that drive meaningful impact and foster a culture where creativity and user-centric thinking thrive.
