AI overview

Drive go-to-market strategies and messaging for Quadric’s Chimera processors, enhancing market awareness and customer education as the company rapidly scales.

Quadric is an innovative licensor of semiconductor IP leading the market in the emerging category of general-purpose neural processing unit (GPNPU) processors.  We are a fast-growing Bay Area based startup having just closed our Series C funding and we are ready to significantly ramp up our public profile. If making an impact and having a seat at the table is important to you, this is the opportunity for you. Join our tight-knit, rapidly growing team at Quadric to drive our growth with a worldwide audience of semiconductor designers and AI software developers.

In this position, you will be a core member of our marketing team, driving and defining our go-to-market strategies and messaging, and you will have an opportunity to grow in the company of expert technologists who also happen to be good people you’ll want to spend time with.

The Role

As our first Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining how Quadric communicates the value of its Chimera processors to the worldwide market. Working closely with the CMO, you will help define the overall go-to-market strategy, including target audience definition, messaging structure, and channel selection, while creating customer-facing materials and messaging that support customer education and effective sales engagement across key market segments. You will translate complex technical innovation into clear, compelling narratives across modern customer-facing channels including website content, webinars, product collateral, digital messaging, and sales tools.

Quadric is rapidly expanding, moving from a small number of lighthouse customers to a growing base of licensees across a range of end markets. This role will be central to amplifying Quadric’s voice in the marketplace, increasing customer understanding of our technology, and supporting market awareness and customer education as the business scales.

While prior Product Marketing Manager experience is valued, the most important qualifications for this role are strong working technical understanding, commercial context, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of audiences, including internal teams, customers, and the broader market. If you do not meet every qualification listed below but believe you bring the core capabilities needed to be successful in this role, we encourage you to apply.

The right person will be comfortable operating with ownership and autonomy and excited to help build and shape this function as Quadric continues to scale. This role is intended to work at our Burlingame location regularly to build strong technical collaboration, support rapid iteration, and share in timely problem-solving. The team and company also gather periodically for onsite meetings and offsite events to connect, collaborate, and align on priorities.

Responsibilities

    • Define and execute product messaging and go-to-market strategy for Quadric’s Chimera processors, including target audience segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks

    • Drive the creation of technical and educational webinar content to increase market outreach and engagement
    • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure accurate, consistent, and effective communication across all customer touchpoints
    • Contribute to additional marketing and go-to-market initiatives as the needs of the business evolve

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
    • 5 or more years of experience in go-to-market, technical marketing, product-facing, or customer-facing roles within the EDA, semiconductor IP, or semiconductor markets, with a strong preference for processor-related experience
    • Technical understanding of semiconductor or IP-based products, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-oriented messaging
    • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver effective customer-facing content, including presentations, collateral, webinars, and other digital or sales-support materials
    • Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with a wide range of audiences, including engineers, customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and external audiences such as industry analysts, market influencers, and media representatives
