🚂 About Pulley
Pulley's mission is to make it easier for anyone to start a company. We believe more founders should exist—and they should spend their time building, not managing the complexity of equity. Pulley helps founders understand, operate, and optimize their ownership from day one.
We're a high-performing, product-driven team building the next generation of equity and business management tools in an AI-native world. Over 4,000 companies rely on us today, including Linear, Runway, Fathom, and Roam. Our growth has been entirely organic, and we're scaling the team to meet accelerating demand.
🌟 About the Role
We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help shape and drive how our products are understood, positioned, and brought to market. This is a core individual contributor role for someone who can own messaging and go-to-market for a meaningful area of the product, partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and turn customer and market insight into clear, compelling narratives.
Product Marketing plays a critical role in how we grow—helping customers understand our value, helping Sales win deals, and helping Product build what matters most. In this role you'll partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth to drive launches, create GTM strategies, and conduct research that drives adoption and revenue impact. You’ll have real ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to make major contributions to Pulley’s success.
🛠 What You'll Do
- Own messaging and positioning for your product area or customer segment
- Partner with Product Managers to deeply understand the product, roadmap, and customer needs; produce documentation and assets to share your understanding internally and externally
- Lead product launches and feature announcements end-to-end, orchestrating cross-functional execution across Sales, Growth, and CS
- Develop customer-facing narratives, including website copy, product pages, launch assets, and lifecycle messaging
- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, click-through demos, and competitive assets
- Design, run, and synthesize customer and market research to uncover insights that inform positioning and GTM opportunities
- Partner with revenue teams to ensure messaging consistency across website, ads, lifecycle marketing, and email
- Track and communicate launch performance, customer feedback, and competitive changes

- 3–6 years of experience, with 2–3 years in Product Marketing or a closely related role (e.g., Product Management, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Growth Marketing, Competitive Intelligence)
- Experience working with product teams and translating product details into clear, compelling customer communications
- Direct customer-facing experience gained through conducting interviews, attending sales calls, or providing CS/implementation support
- Experience delivering meaningful contributions to product launches or major feature rollouts such as enablement, messaging, pitch decks, or campaigns
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; exceptional ability to turn complex ideas into clear, customer-friendly stories
- Solid understanding of customer personas, buying journeys, and sales motions
- Strong collaborative nature and relationship-building across stakeholders; deep understanding of the various responsibilities of different internal teams
- Strong self-management skills to own timelines, feature release work-backs, and project prioritization

- Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
- Track record of success targeting multiple industries or personas
