Product Marketing Manager - PST, USA

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving the success of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing market trends, developing marketing strategies, and effectively positioning products in the market. Pay range: $100,000 - 150,000 USD per annum, depending on experience. Plus benefits.

Working hours: 9:00 - 5:00 pm PST. You must be able to work in the PST time zone. This role will be based out of North America, but you do not need to live on the West Coast.

Contract length: This contract will start with a 6-month probationary period and will be renewed annually, given satisfactory team fit and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Define Marketing Strategy to drive business goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams and studio partners.
  • Develop and execute GTM plans for new games and live services within a cross-functional team.
  • Conduct market research and translate insights to inform the roadmap and marketing strategies.
  • Continuously research market trends and be the voice of the market to the CFX team.
  • Lead the cross-functional team and agency partners (creative, UA, Platform Partners, Social, Influencer, PR, ASO, Brand, etc.).
  • Brief all internal and external stakeholders on marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging and approve all assets to ensure consistency across campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with multiple agencies and external partners.
  • Work with the Creative team on marketing asset development.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to build accountability and targets.
  • Produce campaign post-mortems (with the Ops team) to highlight learnings for the Growth & Studio team.
  • Manage marketing campaign calendars, asset deliveries, and messaging for target audiences in collaboration with your team.
  • Implement and track ASO improvements across app stores

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business or related field
  • 6+ years of combined experience in product marketing, mobile marketing, brand marketing, and/or marketing management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and customer insight
  • Analytical marketing experience translating data into actionable insight
  • Experience managing a cross-functional team
  • Project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience developing creative with internal teams or external agencies
  • Excellent communication skills
