About NetVendor
NetVendor is a B2B SaaS platform property managers trust to reduce risk, strengthen vendor networks, and keep operations running smoothly. We serve a buyer focused on compliance and risk management, so product marketing must be accurate, credible, and grounded in real operational value.

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to translate NetVendor’s product capabilities into clear positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market support—ensuring revenue and customer-facing teams are equipped with accurate, compelling product narratives that help close deals and support adoption.

This role reports to the Director of Marketing and partners closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for how NetVendor’s products and features are positioned, understood, and enabled across the organization.

This role partners closely with Marketing and Product leadership to execute and scale an established messaging framework, ensuring product narratives are clear, credible, and sales-ready. The focus is on execution, accuracy, and consistency—translating approved positioning and product strategy into materials and guidance that support revenue teams and customer adoption.

What You’ll Own:

Product & Feature Positioning

  • Execute and maintain product- and feature-level positioning aligned to NetVendor’s approved messaging framework and product vision.
  • Translate technical and operational capabilities into clear customer value propositions by buyer role and use case.
  • Ensure product messaging is accurate, current, and reflects real functionality and approved roadmap direction.

    • Pitch decks
    • One-pagers and use-case content
    • Feature overviews
    • Demo scripts and walkthrough narratives
    • FAQs and objection-handling materials
  • Own the enablement asset matrix to ensure priority products, features, and use cases are supported with current, high-quality assets.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify enablement gaps and prioritize content development.
  • Support sales onboarding and ongoing training with clear, repeatable product narratives.

Competitive Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain competitive battlecards for key competitors.
  • Track competitor positioning, messaging, pricing approaches, and notable product updates.
  • Provide regular competitive insights to Sales and Marketing to support field readiness and deal execution.

Go-To-Market & Launch Support

  • Partner with Product, Growth Marketing, and Customer Success to support feature launches and platform updates.
  • Develop internal and external launch materials, including release messaging, sales enablement assets, and customer-facing summaries.
  • Ensure launches are communicated clearly and consistently across Sales and Customer Success teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a primary point of contact for product-related messaging and enablement across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Gather structured feedback from Sales on objections, deal friction, and competitive pressure.
  • Provide market and field insights to Product to inform roadmap discussions and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to ensure campaign messaging aligns with approved positioning.
