We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager. The person would be a part of the product marketing team and help with Analyst Relations [AR]
Job Description
Product Launches & GTM - Collaborate closely with product, and marketing teams to package, position our products, carry out competitive research and benchmarking to build a compelling narrative around our new features before we take them to the market. Work closely with marketing, content and customer-facing teams to deliver on the GTM strategy.
Analyst Briefing and Communication: Product marketing manager is expected to closely collaborate with AR in planning and execution of regular analyst briefings - while closely working with the product, sales, and business teams.
Event Support: Coordinate with marketing and product teams to organize analyst days at regular intervals. Own the program planning, agenda, content and drive it towards success.
Sales & Marketing enablement. Educate the sales, sdr and marketing teams about all available analyst reports. Enable and train them on the best ways to leverage these reports.
Product demand generation Collaborate with the marketing team to build the right assets/content and distribute our product messaging through different marketing campaigns & channels
Partner Programs: In addition to the core job of supporting analyst relations. We will also expect the individual to support in helping grow MoEngage’s Growth Accelerator Program for Startups in the US.
Skills
Experience: 4+ years. Most of it should be within product marketing. Specific, hands-on & verifiable experience of having driven at-least some (if not all) of the following activities - analyst relations, product launches, sales enablement in a B2B SaaS company previously.
Analytical & Attention to Detail: Strong skills around product analysis, competitive analysis, and understanding market dynamics. Must have the ability to dive deep into product features, competitive capabilities, competitive positioning, analyst reports, scoring criterias, and use cases.
Communication Skills: Ability to position our products in a differentiated manner. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to foster collaboration between multiple departments. Influence outcomes and project manage campaigns.
Awareness on Information Security concepts and Best Practices.
