Requirements

This is a 12 months fixed term contract role to cover maternity leave. We are looking for an experienced product marketing professional to join our team during an exciting phase of global growth. This role gives you the chance to build on our existing initiatives, put your plans into action, and have visible impact. Let's go on the journey together.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with product management and in-market teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
  • Create and deliver product marketing and sales support collateral, including digital sales tools and templates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand and support our partner sales network, empowering them to be an effective channel to end customers.
  • Develop, deploy and maintain a channel sales knowledge hub and spearhead the education program around new features in the market.
  • Implement a structured customer engagement program that brings them on our journey of innovation. 
  • Manage our Customer Advisory Group program, building effective 2-way engagement between customers and our leadership team. 
  • Act as a go-to resource for our customer-facing teams to create material that supports customer retention and new sales.
  • Be the market intelligence guide on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.

What you will bring to the team

  • Product or partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS environment
  • Track record of developing and supporting successful channel partnership strategies
  • Experience leading the development of customer engagement programs.
  • Exceptional communication and copy-writing skills, with the ability to create knockout presentations and written content
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
  • Business Travel or Expense management industry knowledge is desirable
