As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how Lyssna’s products are positioned, understood, and adopted in the market. You’ll own messaging, positioning, competitive insights, go-to-market plans, sales enablement, and lifecycle marketing — ultimately ensuring our products reach the right audiences and drive adoption, retention, and expansion.

Location
We’re a fully remote company and this role is open to candidates based in Australia (AEST).
Salary
At Lyssna, we use a fixed salary formula to ensure compensation is fair and transparent. All team members with the same title and location start on the same compensation, and have the opportunity for salary increases based on performance.
The base salary for this full-time position is $162,500 AUD + superannuation. We also offer ESOP.
