About your role: You will own the full cycle of marketing experimentation from testing and automation to analytics and growth insights, helping our products scale globally and drive millions of new users
In this role, you will
Build a full methodology for testing Landing Pages and Store Pages — from experiment design and result logging to hypothesis iteration and planning future tests
Optimize and automate the analysis and reporting process for all experiments
Run Custom Product Page experiments in App Store and Google Play for multiple company apps
Establish a continuous testing framework for Landing Pages across our product portfolio
Manage localization of Landing Pages and Store Pages when entering new markets
Develop automated Tableau reports for PMM activities (ASO, Custom Product Pages, Web2App initiatives)
Conduct regular competitive research to improve the full product-marketing funnel
Implement and maintain marketing automation systems: analytics pipelines, auto-rules, postback delivery, and ad network integrations
It’s all about you
2+ years of experience as Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Automation Manager, or similar
Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing web funnels
Experience in implementing marketing automation workflows (analytics, campaign management, creative testing)
Solid understanding of Custom Product Page optimization in App Store and Google Play
Proficient with AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Tableau, and familiar with key marketing metrics
Confident in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and cross-functional collaboration
English level B2+ (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with marketing, product, analytics, and design teams
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making mindset
Able to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, high-load environment
Proactive, fast learner with sharp critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Would be a plus:
Hands-on MarTech background: setting up integrations with ad networks and analytics systems, validating tracking setups
