Our journey
Founded in 2017 by Alexandre and Steve, Qonto has grown to 1,600+ Qontoers serving over 600,000 customers across 8 European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started as we want to become the indisputable European leader in SME finance management.

⭐ Mission:
Join us as a Product Marketing Manager Intern for the Core Business Banking team and help us drive our Credit Institution (CI) license readiness and cross-country Go-To-Market plans. You will have a direct impact on our product adoption and acquisition growth by stepping up in a highly autonomous environment, guided and supported by your manager, Aurélie Fon, Expert PMM.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Product Marketing Manager Intern at Qonto, you will
Support CI (Credit Institution) license readiness initiatives by delivering agreed research, providing GTM inputs for country adaptations, and progressing key workstreams.
Drive cross-functional deliverables end-to-end, taking ownership of operational tasks such as sales enablement decks and managing campaigns with clear ETAs.
Improve product adoption and acquisition by defining KPIs and targets to enhance outcomes for existing products and initiatives.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, stepping up to handle ambiguity and manage your workload independently.
Details: This is a full-time, 6-month internship based in our Paris office (Hybrid).
🤔 What you can expect
Market/Team Context: You will join the Core Business team at a pivotal time, working in a fast-paced environment where you will operate with a higher degree of autonomy than a typical internship.
Methodologies, how we work, and what we value: We value cross-functional collaboration and clear communication, meaning you will work closely and cross-functionally with Product, Market PMMs, Growth, and Sales teams.
Examples of successful projects we recently worked on: You will contribute directly to the CI license Go-To-Market strategy and own a cross-functional deliverable end-to-end to measurably improve a growth KPI.
Tools we use: You will heavily rely on Excel (specifically Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) for data analysis to extract insights. SQL will also be used if you are familiar with it.

Your manager will be Aurélie Fon, our Expert PMM for Banking. Aurélie brings nearly 5 years of experience at Qonto, having started as a PMM for Bookkeeping before progressing to their current expert role. They foster an empowering management style, helping you make your own decisions and master prioritization. Aurélie allocates tasks flexibly so you work on things you enjoy while stepping outside your comfort zone. They are highly invested in your long-term career trajectory, aiming to build your skills.
🏅 About You
Autonomous Task Execution: You have an ownership mindset, are comfortable with ambiguity, and take initiative to manage your workload independently and resiliently.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation: You are proficient in analyzing data to extract insights and have structured thinking. Mastery of Excel (Pivot/VLOOKUP) is a must-have; SQL is a strong plus.
Cross-functional Project Management: You can smoothly coordinate across various teams (Product, Growth, Sales) with clear communication and a strong ability to follow up and manage ETAs.
Content Creation: You have a user-focused mindset and the ability to draft compelling, user-centric Go-To-Market materials.
Language: You are fluent or bilingual in English to ensure clear communication across our international teams and in the content you create. French, Spanish or German is a plus.
