Ready to embark on the quest of joining Hack The Box?
At the end of this thrilling journey, you'll become a proud member of Hack The Box, with the ultimate mission to help cybersecurity professionals and organizations enhance their cyber-attack readiness. Get ready for an exciting adventure into the world of cybersecurity! 🚀🔒💻
The Core Mission of the PMM
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our B2B Product Marketing team and own a slice of the HTB Enterprise portfolio. You’ll be the go-to person for your product area: the one who understands the product inside-out, knows how buyers think, and can translate technical capability into compelling stories that help enterprises achieve better security outcomes for their teams.
The specific product area you’ll own will be shaped by your background, aptitude, and how your skills complement the existing team. What matters most is that you bring spark, curiosity, and genuine passion for cybersecurity.
🏢 Location & Work Mode:
- Athens, Greece (we'll support your relocation)
- Hybrid (2+ days in office)
- Full time
✈️ Relocation
- We offer a 10% relocation bonus on the annual salary to support your move.
- In addition, you would benefit from a 50% tax reduction on your income as part of the relocation.
- We'll support you with accommodation during the first few weeks

🚀 The adventures that await you after becoming Product Marketing Manager:
- Own the go-to-market strategy for your product area: positioning, messaging, and launch execution that drives awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
- Partner closely with Product to deeply understand the roadmap, translate features into buyer value, and shape how we bring new releases to market.
- Arm the sales team with what they need to win: battlecards, one-pagers, ROI frameworks, objection handling, competitive intelligence, and demo narratives.
- Plan and execute product launches end-to-end — from internal enablement through to external communications, campaigns, and analyst engagement.
- Produce high-quality collateral that resonates with enterprise security leaders, from technical content through to executive-level messaging.
- Become the voice of the customer: gather insights from win/loss analysis, buyer interviews, and community feedback to sharpen our positioning.
- Collaborate with demand generation, content, and field marketing to ensure product marketing feeds integrated campaigns.
- Track and report on the impact of your GTM efforts, iterating based on data and feedback.
🏆 Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of Product Marketing Manager:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B product marketing, or a closely adjacent role (e.g., solutions engineering, sales enablement, technical content, demand gen) with a clear thread to product marketing.
- Genuine cybersecurity knowledge or experience. You don’t need to be a pentester, but you need to understand the domain, the threat landscape, and why enterprises invest in cyber readiness. You should be able to hold your own in a conversation with a CISO or a SOC analyst.
- Strong writing skills. You can take something complex and make it clear, compelling, and differentiated. No jargon walls, no fluff.
- A collaborative, low-ego approach. You’ll work across Product, Sales, and the wider Marketing team daily — and you’ll need to earn trust through quality and follow-through.
- Commercial instinct. You understand that product marketing exists to drive revenue and you think about the buyer journey, not just the feature list.
- Energy and ownership. We’re a scaling business. You’ll be expected to move fast, take initiative, and figure things out — not wait to be told.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a cybersecurity vendor, MSSP, or enterprise security team.
- Background as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Technical Account Manager looking to pivot into product marketing.
- Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles, multi-stakeholder sales, and channel/partner ecosystems.
- Experience with competitive intelligence tools and frameworks.
- A portfolio or examples of positioning work, launch plans, or sales collateral you’ve produced.
🕹️ What your Hack The Box adventure will have in store:
- The people are genuinely special. This isn’t corporate fluff — HTB is a genuinely friendly, inclusive, and kind place to work. The culture is real, and it’s why we’ve been certified a Great Place to Work three years running.
- You’ll learn from seriously smart people. The talent density here is high — world-class security researchers, engineers, and go-to-market leaders. Mentorship isn’t a programme, it’s just how we work. You will level up fast.
- The tech is genuinely exciting. We’re building AI-powered cybersecurity readiness products that are shaping how enterprises think about cyber resilience. You won’t be marketing something boring.
- Athens is a brilliant place to work. Great food, great weather, a thriving tech scene, and a cost of living that means your salary goes further. Our Athens office is a hub of energy and collaboration.
- You’ll have real impact, not just a title. At a company this size and growth stage, your work directly shapes how the market sees HTB. You’ll own things, not just contribute to them.
- A community of 4M+ hackers has your back. Few cybersecurity vendors have this kind of built-in audience and credibility. You’ll be marketing products that practitioners already know and love.
💰We also have other benefits that will keep you happy:
- Private health care
- Paid parental leave (4 weeks)
- 25 annual leave days
- Free lunch & snacks at the office
- 120€ Ticket Restaurant by Edenred
- Dedicated budget for training and professional development, participation in conferences
- Full access to the Hack The Box lab offerings; so you can learn how to hack 😉
- State-of-the-art equipment (mac, iPhone, and mobile plan)
- Flexible WFH (Hybrid Model) - Fully Remote is also an option if you're not an Attica resident
- Annual childcare allowance to support daycare expenses for parents
- Access to on-site gym and a variety of group activities, including Cross Training, Pilates, Boxing, and Climbing
