Product Marketing Manager for a Company with a Social Mission

Have you always wanted to work for a company with a genuine social mission? This is your chance! AssistiveWare’s mission is to support people with communication disabilities. We provide products and services that address the barriers they face and contribute to a more inclusive society.

We are not just a worldwide market leader in apps for people who cannot speak. Our users are at the heart of what we do. Many of them are autistic, have cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and/or fine motor, vision or cognitive disabilities. We are proud to collaborate with them and their families, teachers, and therapists to ensure our products best serve their needs.

We are a small but diverse team—we are over 40 people representing 19 nationalities and we’re spread around the world. Our business challenges are unique and in order to keep innovating, we need people with different perspectives to join us—people like you. So no matter where you’re from, who you love, what you believe in, or what disability you live with, we welcome you to be your true self at AssistiveWare.

We are an agile marketing team, focusing on user-centricity, collaboration and values driven product marketing. We strive to connect our products to the people who use, support and recommend them.

As a Product Marketing Manager you will develop, maintain and navigate coherence on marketing narratives and tone.  Acting as a custodian of product marketing consistency, you will also help to define shared language, value propositions and audience insights, ensuring they are applied consistently across different touch points.

While shaping and leading product narratives and identify opportunities to drive awareness across our product suite, you will:

  • Develop portfolio level messaging frameworks;
  • Plan, run, and manage campaigns; aiming to build awareness of the value of AssistiveWare products, driving adoption and retention;
  • Build marketing initiatives helping professionals understand, recommend and support the use of AssistiveWare products;
  • Analyze market data and campaign results, and synthesize insights into creative messaging;
  • Lead Go-to-Market planning to ensure clear positioning, cross-channel communication and internal alignment;
  • Own AssistiveWare’s App Store presence.

If you have a clear and persuasive method of communicating, if you inspire collaboration between stakeholders while working across a variety of initiatives, with the ability to shift priorities, and if working for a values-driven organization is what motivates you, this exciting and important work may be a great fit.
