At Florence, we are committed to make the world a better place by accelerating research while providing an environment for our employees where they can be happy in their lives, enjoy their jobs, and grow.

What You’ll Bring to The Team:

Florence is modernizing how clinical trials are run by connecting sites, sponsors, and CROs on a single workflow platform. We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager who can help us build the foundational messaging, sales collateral, and customer insights needed to support our growing go-to-market teams.

This role is ideal for a marketer who loves switching between research, writing, and content creation. You will turn product capabilities into simple and compelling stories, create the materials sales needs to win deals, and conduct customer and competitive research that strengthens our positioning.

This is an execution-oriented role with high visibility and impact. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen while helping rebuild the core PMM function at Florence.

You Will:

Messaging and Positioning Support

  • Develop foundational product messaging and value propositions for key personas and segments.
  • Translate product features into clear, customer-focused language.
  • Maintain and update messaging documents and product sheets as our platform evolves.

Sales Enablement Materials

  • Create and manage core collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, product briefs, battle cards, competitive snapshots, FAQs.
  • Work directly with sales reps to understand what is working and what gaps exist in the field.
  • Keep our sales asset library organized and up to date.

Competitive and Market Research

  • Conduct research on competitors’ messaging, pricing signals, product updates, and campaign activity.
  • Build simplified competitive comparison views and talking points the sales team can use.
  • Summarize insights from industry news, analyst mentions, and conferences.

Customer and Account-Based Insights

  • Interview customers and prospects to extract proof points, use cases, and unmet needs.
  • Support account-level research for strategic deals (key personas, company initiatives, tech stack clues).
  • Summarize insights in concise briefs for Sales and Marketing.

Product Launch Support

  • Assist with messaging, product launch materials, and internal communication for product or feature releases.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to collect customer quotes, case studies, use cases, and benefits for launch content.

AI-Enabled Content and Research Workflows

  • Use AI tools to synthesize call transcripts, summarize research, build first drafts of content, and classify assets.
  • Support the PMM and content teams with quick-turn work using AI acceleration.

An Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Clear, consistent messaging used across sales decks and marketing content.
  • Sales has the right competitive insights and materials at the right time.
  • Product launch assets are high quality and delivered on time.
  • Competitive and customer research is synthesized into simple, useful deliverables.
  • Faster deal cycles and improved sales conversations because of stronger collateral and positioning inputs.
  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, sales enablement, content marketing, or early product marketing + experience in healthtech, clinical trials, or regulated markets.
  • Preferred background in healthcare technology, pharmaceutical industry, clinical research and/or management consulting
  • Strong writer and communicator who can simplify technical topics.
  • Comfort creating decks, one-pagers, and competitive briefs with minimal guidance.
  • Experience conducting research and turning findings into insights.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and energized by execution.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research and content creation (or willingness to learn quickly).

Why This Role:

You will directly shape how prospects understand Florence and how Sales tells our story. You’ll learn fast, partner cross-functionally, and help build foundational PMM systems at a company in a meaningful growth phase. This is the right role for someone who wants to have strategic impact, ownership, and cross-functional visibility.
