Join us as a Product Marketing Manager (Enterprise) and help us shape how KNIME Business Hub is positioned, understood, and adopted by enterprise customers worldwide.
Experienced product marketer: You bring 5+ years of experience working closely with product and sales teams to support releases, influence roadmaps, and share competitive insights.
Technically curious: You’re interested in—or already experienced with—data science, AI/ML, and agentic AI, and you’re motivated to continuously upskill in this space.
Strong writer: You create clear, compelling copy for technical audiences and adapt messaging across personas and funnel stages.
AI-enabled marketer: You’re comfortable using AI tools to scale impact and understand how lead scoring and intent models influence effective content.
Sales-minded: You build sales decks and enablement materials with positioning that sales teams can use immediately.
Collaborative & empathetic: You thrive in cross-functional environments and approach marketing from a persona-driven, user-centric perspective.
Opinionated & reflective: You stay current on industry trends, share informed perspectives on what works in marketing, and give constructive feedback.
Language skills: You’re fluent in English with excellent grammar; German is a plus.
Enterprise positioning: Own messaging and positioning for KNIME Business Hub, with a strong focus on enterprise use cases and bottom-of-funnel content.
Go-to-market leadership: Define and execute go-to-market strategies and coordinate product and feature launches with product, sales, and marketing.
Sales enablement: Build and maintain messaging frameworks, decks, and collateral that improve win rates and sales confidence.
Competitive intelligence: Gather and share competitive insights and run win/loss initiatives to strengthen narratives and inform product direction.
Bottom-of-funnel content: Develop success stories, one-pagers, comparison pages, webinars, and other assets that support conversion and expansion.
Growth collaboration: Partner with growth marketing on upsell strategies and lifecycle initiatives.
Speaker enablement: Coach internal speakers for webinars, events, and customer-facing sessions.
Partner enablement: Support partners with tailored messaging, competitive insights, and market context.
AI adoption: Explore and promote ways to use AI to scale marketing impact and enable team-wide adoption.
Strategic impact: Shape how an enterprise analytics platform is positioned and adopted by global organizations.
Cross-functional influence: Work closely with product, sales, and leadership on high-visibility initiatives.
Ownership & trust: Take responsibility for core messaging and GTM efforts with a high degree of autonomy.
Learning: Deepen your expertise in data analytics, AI, and enterprise marketing alongside experienced KNIMErs.
Flexibility: Remote-friendly setup or work from one of our German locations, with flexible hours to support work-life balance.
