About the Role:
 
 We are looking for an ambitious and highly data driven Product Marketing Manager to join our Services Business Unit in Bangalore, India. In this individual-contributor role, you will blend Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, and Services GTM & Monetization to design and execute full-funnel GTM plans across the US, Europe, and Australia.
 You will lead our highest‑priority revenue growth initiatives—including Legacy MI‑to‑latest‑MI upgrades, third‑party‑to‑Enphase migrations, and Battery Attach programs for the existing solar base—owning strategy, execution, and performance end to end. You will also drive demand for our service offerings (Enphase Care, Care Plus, Care Fleet, On‑Demand) and upgrade programs such as SPWR monitoring upgrades, gateway and microinverter replacements, and cell modem/plan upgrades.
 This is a hands‑on role where you will build the plans and create the content yourself—writing emails, banners, landing pages, articles, FAQs, and website copy—applying strong taste, editorial judgment, and marketing acumen to maximize engagement and conversion.
 
  What you will be doing:
 
  • Drive product marketing activities for Enphase products and Services in the US, Europe and Australia.
  • Build market segmentation (US/EU/AU), ICPs, value propositions, channel mix, pricing/promo guardrails, launch calendar, enablement plans, and KPI targets across both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Build lifecycle journeys for Legacy MI upgrades, Third‑Party migrations, Battery Attach, and Services (Care, Care Plus, Care Fleet, On‑Demand, SPWR monitoring, gateway/modem upgrades).
  • Define MQL/SQL, implement lead scoring and routing, set response SLAs, and partner with ISRs/CX for rapid follow‑ups and Installed by Enphase conversions.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, copy, creatives, timing, and offers; use holdouts/incrementality; and scale winning variants across regions.
  • Publish weekly dashboards covering pipeline/booked revenue attribution, CTR/CTOR, CVR, CPA/CAC, AOV, MQL→SQL→Won, response SLAs, and time‑to‑launch metrics.
  • Use Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to draft GTM plans, copy/creative variants, localization first passes, QA checklists, and post‑campaign summaries within privacy/security guardrails and with human review.
  • Write high‑quality marketing content—emails, banners, landing pages, website copy, FAQs, in‑app/web messaging, articles, and blogs—focused on clarity, benefits, brand voice, and accessibility.
 Who You Are and What You Bring:  
 
Education 
  • Bachelor's in engineering, with additional Masters/certification in product marketing.
Experience 
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing, with end‑to‑end ownership from GTM planning through to measurement.
  • Experience managing the product marketing function within Renewable Energy sectors (Solar, EV, BESS), with the ability to translate hardware and firmware features into clear customer value propositions and launch‑ready enablement content is a PLUS.
  • Proven record of generating and routing leads at scale and partnering with ISRs/Contact Center to drive MQL to SQL to Won.
  • Experience launching upgrade/service motions in engineering technology or energy sector across US/EU/AU is a PLUS.
Skills & Knowledge 
  • Mastery of GTM frameworks (segmentation, positioning, channel mix) and funnel/unit-economics metrics (CTR, CTOR, CVR, CPA/CAC, AOV, MQL→SQL, show rate, book rate, LTV/CAC).
  • Taste & marketing acumen: sharp editorial judgment, strong copywriting, and creative instincts that consistently lift opens, clicks, dwell time, and conversion while staying on brand.
  • Ability to translate technical offers (microinverters, gateways, batteries, Care plans, On-Demand) into simple, outcomes-focused messaging.
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and eCommerce conversion fundamentals.
Data & Tools 
  • Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; bonus for SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Incorta).
