Product Marketing Manager (Customer Growth) US

TLDR

Help customers adopt and derive more value from Aikido's security products by crafting effective communication strategies and driving account growth with Customer Success teams.

Location: San Francisco

🌍 We’re making security suck less for developers.

Security tools haven’t kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest.

We’re taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we’re winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you’re in the right place.

Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank, a long runway ahead, and unicorn status. We’re building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter.

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager focused on our existing customers. This role is all about helping customers get more value from Aikido, adopt more of the product, and expand over time. You’ll work closely with Customer Success and Account Management to turn product capabilities into real usage and growth across our customer base.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes working closely with customers, moving fast, and building things from scratch.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in product marketing, growth, lifecycle, or customer marketing

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS (bonus: dev tools, security, infra)

  • Strong ability to simplify technical concepts for customers

  • Comfortable working closely with CS, Sales, and Product

  • Experience driving adoption, usage, or expansion (not just awareness)

  • Builder mindset, you’re comfortable creating structure where none exists

  • Fast, scrappy, and able to move without perfect inputs

What you can expect

  • High-impact position in a fast-growing company

  • Fast growth of responsibility

  • A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere (see our culture page on the website for more details)

  • Flexibility in working hours
