  • Product Partnership & Market Insight:
  • Partner closely with product management to understand roadmap priorities, product strategy, and customer problems being solved
  • Bring market, customer, and competitive insights into product discussions to influence positioning, prioritization, and launch approach
  • Act as a voice of the customer, surfacing adoption challenges, unmet needs, and usage patterns to product and go-to-market teams

  • Adoption, Retention & Expansion Marketing:
  • Own product marketing strategy for adoption, retention, and cross-sell / upsell, aligned with internal stakeholders
  • Develop adoption-focused messaging, value narratives, and use cases that demonstrate outcomes over time
  • Translate product usage data, feedback, and adoption metrics into clear storylines and enablement assets
  • Support renewal and expansion motions with targeted product narratives and solution positioning

  • Sales Enablement & Solution Showcases:
  • Create and maintain sales demos, scripts, and storyline-driven demo flows focused on adoption and expansion
  • Develop solution showcases that highlight how products work together to solve real compliance challenges
  • Produce enablement assets including pitch decks, solution sheets, and presentation materials tailored by buyer and firm type
  • Partner with Sales and CX to ensure consistent, confident product storytelling in customer and prospect conversations

  • Product Launch Strategy & Execution:
  • Serve as a core member of the Go-to-Marketing Launch team, focused on PMM deliverables
  • Ensure launches are designed for adoption readiness, not just awareness
  • Own internal readiness materials including messaging guides, FAQs, sales content, and release summaries

  • Thought Leadership, Content & Webinars:
  • Partner with client marketing to develop webinar topics and content themes tied to product capabilities, regulatory trends, and customer challenges – with the goal of upsell/cross-sell and retention
  • Contribute to and support thought leadership content, including blogs, presentations, and campaign narratives
  • Partner with Client Marketing teams to bring product stories into broader marketing initiatives
  • Support the creation of client case studies, helping translate outcomes and success stories into compelling narratives

  • Competitive Intelligence & Market Research:
  • Conduct ongoing competitive research and analysis to inform positioning and enablement
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor messaging
  • Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

  • Customer Programs & Community Enablement:
  • Support the expansion of user groups, workshops, and ComplyConnect technology sessions
  • Partner with CX and Services teams to deliver educational experiences that drive deeper product usage
  • Contribute product perspectives to customer-facing programs and events
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or customer marketing within B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience partnering with Product Management to shape positioning, launches, and market strategy
  • Strong understanding of adoption, retention, and expansion motions, ideally in complex or regulated environments
  • Experience creating sales enablement assets including demos, scripts, solution sheets, and presentations
  • Ability to translate technical product concepts into clear, customer-centric narratives
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights into action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
