Product Marketing Manager (Competitive Intelligence)

TLDR

Support Sales and Marketing with competitive insights and materials that enhance Sana Commerce's position in the B2B e-commerce market.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Manage day-to-day analyst relations activities, coordinating briefings, data submissions, and follow-ups for key industry reports and evaluations. 
  • Support the creation and maintenance of competitive materials, including battle cards, feature/function comparison sheets, objection-handling guides, and prospect-facing decks. 
  • Conduct ongoing competitor research to identify trends, threats, and opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Management to ensure competitive insights are effectively used in customer-facing conversations and campaigns. 
  • Update and maintain internal knowledge hubs, dashboards, and reports to increase the visibility and adoption of competitive and market intelligence. 
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Strategy teams to ensure competitive insights inform product positioning, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market messaging. 
  • Assist in developing and running internal enablement sessions to keep customer-facing teams up to date on competitive positioning. 

What you'll bring: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 2–4 years of experience in a market or competitive intelligence role, preferably within B2B software or SaaS. 
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate data and trends into clear insights. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying intelligence findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience supporting commercial or marketing teams with competitive materials or insights. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with market and competitive intelligence tools (e.g., Klue, Crayon), CRM systems, and presentation software is a plus.
