In order to fuel this growth, our Marketing Team is searching for a top-notch Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of the product within CallMiner, the market and the channel. 

Position Summary: 

In this role you will be responsible for developing and carrying out the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for AI-fueled conversation intelligence. You will develop marketing collateral and sales tools that will be used by CallMiner's Sales team, Customer Support Group and partners. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally and globally with numerous teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. 

The successful Product Marketing Manager will be a proficient producer of engaging content from sales enablement to thought leadership. Sharp analytical thinking is critical to becoming a product expert who can forge a narrative targeting key personas in our market. This role will also be aware of relevant industry events and trends, maintain the pulse of competitive differentiation and support new opportunities with market research, competitive analysis and product knowledge. 

Summary of primary responsibilities: 

·        Increase awareness and adoption of CallMiner's conversation intelligence solutions. 

·        Collaborate as a key partner with product management to ensure that marketing plans align with directions and support product roadmap and releases. 

·        Create compelling product messaging that embodies key product attributes, including value proposition, positioning, and differentiation. 

·        Primary owner of sales enablement efforts spanning creation of key documents, presentations, and event support activities. 

·        Establish and foster alignment with sales and customer success teams to understand and address what they need to build lasting customer relationships. 

·        Create effective marketing assets and content, including presentations, demos, case studies, web content, data sheets, and sales kits that can be used globally. 

·        Work closely with product and marketing teams to plan and manage the cross-functional implementation of new product introductions both internally and for customers. 

·        Participate and create content for go-to-market engagements such as virtual events, webinars and partner events. 

·        Develop and deliver enablement and training activities for Sales, Presales, and Services teams and partners. 

·        Be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition. Proactively identify industry trends that impact the CallMiner direct sales and partner teams. 

 

Requirements

Preferred qualifications: 

·        You will have 2+ years of experience in product marketing roles within enterprise software companies. 

·        You will have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, computer science or engineering. 

·        Excellent writing skills with the ability to deliver content under deadlines. Be prepared to share examples of go-to-market deliverables that you have authored in your current or recent product marketing roles. 

·        Comfortable with presenting to large groups as well as for internal audiences. 

·        Ability to communicate the value proposition for CallMiner offerings and promote our solutions internally and externally. 

·        Experience marketing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and other cloud-based applications is a plus. 

·        Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks at once in a highly complex environment. 

·        Candidates based in New England preferred. Remote/hybrid candidates will be considered. 

·        Willingness to travel up to 15%. 

·        Prefer Candidates in New England area working Eastern Time Zone hours
