As the Product Marketing Manager for AI Website Builder, you will lead the strategy and execution of key initiatives that shape how our AI Website Builder grows in the market.
Your mission: define positioning, grow market share, and make our AI Website Builder the go-to choice for anyone wanting to get online.
You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives with product, growth, and brand teams, orchestrating impactful launches and ensuring every initiative delivers measurable growth. This role is for someone who thrives on driving strategy and execution in a fast-moving, global environment.

Your day-to-day
Developing and executing go-to-market and adoption strategies for the AI Website Builder, ensuring strong positioning and growth.
Monitoring performance, identifying key trends, and adjusting strategies through data-driven insights and regular reporting.
Leading cross-functional initiatives with product, growth, and brand teams to accelerate adoption in selected markets, testing and optimizing strategies.
Collaborating with growth and regional teams to align campaigns and initiatives with company priorities.
Driving impactful launches and marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Preparing and sharing strategic plans, progress updates, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and processes for more efficient planning and execution.
Defining the scope of marketing initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, and expected impact.
Acting proactively with a hands-on, “can-do” attitude to drive adoption and achieve growth targets.
Your skills and experience
2+ years of experience working with product marketing and digital performance marketing.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
Ability to understand technical aspects needed.
Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
High attention to detail, including precise and effective written/verbal communication.

Compensation
Gross salary 4,100 to 6,100 EUR/month. Salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
