Your Role and Impact
1Kosmos is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive product launches, internal go-to-market enablement programs, and digital content campaigns. You will collaborate across departments and play a key role in leveraging analytics, establishing benchmarks, and bringing our identity solutions to market effectively.
This is a hybrid role based out of 1Kosmos' headquarters in Iselin, NJ, with flexibility for 2-3 days in office and remote work on other days. You will work closely with the product management, marketing team, sales, and executive leadership engaged in customer and prospect discovery.
We're looking for someone with B2B SaaS experience—ideally in identity, cybersecurity, or enterprise software. What matters most is understanding enterprise audiences and products that significantly impact both the teams managing them and end-users relying on
them daily. A strong technical aptitude is essential, as you'll need to collaborate with product teams, solution architects, and engineers to uncover hidden value and articulate differentiated value propositions.
This role is ideal if you enjoy translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives, testing hypotheses with data-driven KPIs, and challenging teams to validate what's working. You understand that great content doesn't end at launch—continuous iteration and optimization drive lasting impact.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Content & Messaging Development: Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and leadership to create educational content, collateral, and messaging tailored to diverse audience personas and industry verticals.
· Sales Enablement: Create materials that empower internal teams—including sales, customer success, and support—to effectively communicate product value propositions and competitive advantages.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment between product marketing, product management, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders to drive cohesive go-to-market execution.
· Solution & Product Messaging: Develop and test messaging themes around passwordless authentication, identity verification, and lifecycle management. Position 1Kosmos as the leader in secure, user-friendly identity solutions.
· Market Research & Analysis: Perform market analysis and competitive research, synthesizing insights from customers, partners, analysts, sales, and product teams to inform product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
· Competitive Intelligence: Develop and maintain competitive battlecards and other sales enablement tools to help our teams win deals against key competitors.
· Content Creation: Produce clear, compelling content for sales collateral, solution briefs, blog posts, website copy, webcasts, trade shows, and demand generation campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline.

· Performance Measurement: Gather feedback and analyze metrics to identify program success and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
· 4-8 years of experience in solution marketing with a focus on B2B enterprise solutions.
· B2B SaaS experience is essential; identity, authentication, cybersecurity, or compliance experience is a strong plus.
· Experience developing and refining product messaging and content tailored to different audiences, buyer personas, and stages of the customer journey.
· Strong technical aptitude: Ability to engage deeply with product managers, engineers, and solution architects to understand technical nuances and translate them into customer value.
· Data-driven mindset: Experience with hypothesis testing, KPIs, and analytics. You encourage teams to test value propositions, measure what's working, and iterate based on results.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives from complex technical topics.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
