About the Role

As the first Product Marketing Lead at Agentio, you’ll own how every product comes to market - from ICP definition and positioning through launch execution, sales enablement, and post-launch adoption. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and the customer: translating complex ad-tech and AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives, shipping the materials that make Sales more effective, and instrumenting the KPIs that tell us whether a launch is actually working.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll build the PMM function from the ground up. You’ll work directly with Product and Sales leaders to shape how we tell our story—and you’ll be the single-threaded owner who ensures every launch lands with precision and drives measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

Positioning, Messaging & Narrative

  • Own ICP definition, positioning, and messaging for product launches (brand and creator side). Translate capabilities into a clear narrative and phased rollout plan with tiers, milestones, exit criteria, and adoption metrics.

  • Build and maintain messaging frameworks—personas, use cases, competitive positioning - that align the full organization around a single product narrative.

  • Make conservative-but-confident claims that hold up with sophisticated performance marketing buyers; distill complex ad-tech and AI concepts into language that is simple, credible, and differentiated.

Product Launches & Go-to-Market

  • Lead end-to-end launch planning and execution: define phased rollout plans, adoption strategies, GA readiness criteria, and success metrics for every release.

  • Partner with Product and Sales to ensure every launch is backed by the right narrative, the right materials, and the right timing - act as the arbiter of whether a product is ready for market.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer back to Product; translate field feedback and buyer insights into actionable product and roadmap input.

Sales Enablement

  • Ship the full enablement bundle: one-pagers, pitch decks and templates, talk tracks, demo scripts and video, website and email assets.

  • Standardize what Sales uses and when - eliminate ad-hoc decks and inconsistent messaging across the team.

  • Serve as the bridge between Product and Sales; ensure the sales team can articulate Agentio’s value with confidence and consistency.

Measurement & Adoption

  • Instrument KPIs through the full funnel: pitch → close → onboarding → retention/churn and own reporting that connects launch activity to business outcomes.

  • Define success metrics for each launch in partnership with executive leadership; continuously iterate based on adoption data and field results.

What You Need

  • Proven 0→1 and 1→n product marketing experience: You’ve owned launches end-to-end - including lifecycle, adoption, and iteration - in a B2B environment, ideally MarTech or AdTech.

  • Exceptional narrative and positioning instincts: You can make complex ad-tech and AI concepts simple and credible, and you know how to craft messaging that resonates with sophisticated buyers.

  • Fluency in performance marketing and ad-tech: You understand what drives efficiency, how measurement works (and its caveats), and how to make claims that hold up under scrutiny from buyers who live in dashboards.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership: You’re comfortable being the single-threaded owner across Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders - driving alignment without formal authority.

  • Proven ability to influence product decisions: You’ve shaped roadmaps and launch timing in a tech-driven environment by bringing the voice of the market into the room.

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, with direct experience marketing to marketers and advertisers.

  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with experience using data to guide decisions and craft compelling narratives.

  • A deep obsession with using AI tools and LLMs to gain 10x leverage and automate previously-manual tasks.

  • A clear, concise communication style that connects with both technical and non-technical audiences.

The estimated base compensation for this role is between $150,000 & $250,000. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, this role is eligible for equity and competitive benefits.
