Product Marketing Executive (ManageBac+)

Collaborate across departments to drive product growth for ManageBac+ by crafting compelling messaging and marketing strategies that resonate with IB schools globally.

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Executive to support ManageBac+, our leading curriculum-first LMS used by International Baccalaureate (IB) World Schools globally.

This is an ideal role for a former IB Diploma Programme graduate, preferably with knowledge of ManageBac, who combines curriculum familiarity with strong copywriting and digital marketing skills. You’ll play a central role in shaping messaging, producing compelling assets, and bringing campaigns to life in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Experience, and Web/Design teams.

Direct experience with IB curriculum (TOK, EE, CAS, HL/SL subjects) and academic year cycles is critical to ensure authenticity and credibility in messaging.

This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.

What You’ll Do

Messaging & Positioning

  • Support refinement of value propositions and messaging for IB schools
  • Translate curriculum features into clear benefits for coordinators, teachers and school leaders (ability to translate technical releases to educators)
  • Conduct customer interviews and extract insights into positioning
  • Shape target personas and messaging priorities

Campaign & Asset Execution

  • Create landing pages, lead magnets, brochures, and messaging/enablement decks
  • Brief and coordinate with Web and Design teams to deliver digital assets, including videos
  • Work across departments in order to support a go-to-market strategy that resonates with educators and our schools, driving product growth for new logos, upsells, and renewals, as well as awareness internally within the company
  • Craft strong go-to-market strategies that resonate with educators and our schools in order to promote product growth for new logos, upsells, and renewals
  • Support webinar campaigns and events
  • Produce customer case studies and testimonials in collaboration with our content team

Sales Enablement

  • Develop one-pagers, battlecards, and objection-handling materials
  • Ensure messaging consistency across global regions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product to understand feature updates

Align with regional Marketing Managers on campaign execution

Coordinate timelines and deliverables across teams

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear, differentiated messaging for ManageBac
  • Consistent GTM execution in line with the product roadmap
  • High-performing landing pages and campaign assets
  • Sales team actively using your enablement materials
  • Strong collaboration and working relationship with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, and Client Experience

Requirements

  • Former IB Diploma Programme student
  • Experience using ManageBac or a similar LMS
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or similar
  • Exceptional written English
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting ability
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Confident using AI tools to accelerate content production
  • Comfortable coordinating briefs and managing stakeholders
  • 0–3 years’ experience in marketing or content roles
