Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Product Marketing Content Specialist who will act as the critical bridge between Product Development and Marketing. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of our solutions and transform that knowledge into compelling, high-quality multimedia content that drives awareness, adoption, and sales enablement. You will translate technical concepts into clear value propositions while ensuring message consistency across all channels and touchpoints. 


This position is open to candidates based in Argentina or the United States, and will work closely with cross-regional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Product Manager and Marketing team to ensure timely, accurate product communication.
  • Develop and maintain product-related content, including:
    • Videos and product overviews
    • Blog posts, FAQs, and educational articles
    • Tutorial videos and how-to guides
    • Social media assets and campaign content
    • Event and partnership materials
    • Community engagement (e.g., Reddit, forums), representing the company and product 
  • Convert product features into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to different audiences (internal marketing, sales, partners, and external, including end-users).
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure consistency of messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Product to stay aligned on releases, enhancements, roadmaps, and customer use cases.
  • Support the Sales and Partnerships teams by developing product collateral—collaborating closely with Product and Marketing—to deliver clear product overviews, updates, and value-focused materials.
  • Manage the content pipeline from ideation to production, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and accuracy are met. 


Required Qualifications 

  • Strong ability to quickly understand software products, technical concepts, and user needs (technical background is a plus).
  • Proven experience producing multimedia content (writing samples, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office tools, video creation, editing, graphics, screen recordings, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and translate them into engaging narratives.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple content streams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Understanding of core product marketing principles. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or system-related products.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, A/B testing, or performance metrics.
  • Experience representing a brand or product across online communities.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, online communities, and digital content distribution.
