The Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented Product Marketing & Content Manager to help shape how Highlight shows up in the market.
This role sits at the intersection of content, product storytelling, and go-to-market execution. You’ll be responsible for translating our product, customer insights, and market perspective into clear, compelling narratives and bringing those narratives to life through high-impact content.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure our messaging is consistent, differentiated, and driving real business outcomes.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both thinking strategically about messaging and rolling up their sleeves to create and execute.
What You’ll Own
Product Storytelling & Messaging
Help define and evolve Highlight’s product positioning and market narrative
Translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-facing value
Develop messaging frameworks for key audiences and use cases
Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels and touchpoints
Content Strategy & Execution
Own creation of high-quality content across formats (blog, LinkedIn, case studies, decks, webinars, etc.)
Turn product insights, customer outcomes, and research into compelling stories
Build and maintain an editorial calendar aligned to GTM priorities
Experiment with new content formats and channels to drive engagement and pipeline
Continuously optimize content performance based on data and insights
Go-to-Market & Launch Support
Support go-to-market efforts for product launches and feature releases
Partner with Product and Demand Gen to bring new capabilities to market
Help ensure campaigns and outbound efforts reflect clear, differentiated messaging
Sales Enablement
Develop and maintain core sales materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies)
Translate product and market insights into usable sales narratives
Partner with Sales to refine messaging based on real customer conversations
Customer & Market Insight
Leverage customer feedback, research, and market trends to inform messaging
Build customer stories and proof points that highlight real outcomes
Stay close to industry trends and evolving customer needs
What Success Looks Like
In the first 90 days:
Clear, consistent messaging is reflected across content and sales materials
Sales team is enabled with stronger, more cohesive narratives
Content output increases in both quality and consistency
Over time:
Content contributes meaningfully to pipeline and brand awareness
Highlight’s positioning becomes clearer and more differentiated in the market
Sales cycles are supported by stronger storytelling and proof
About You
4–7 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or a hybrid role
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, you can make complex ideas simple and compelling
Experience creating content that drives engagement and business impact
Strong ability to translate product features into customer value
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bias toward execution, you don’t just plan, you build
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B SaaS, consumer insights, or CPG
Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and content performance tracking
Experience supporting sales teams with collateral creation and enablement
