As a Product Marketer at Upstage, you will play a critical role in ensuring our AI products reach the right audience and drive business transformation. This involves crafting compelling messages, developing impactful content, and executing strategic social media campaigns to enhance brand and product awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging content that effectively communicates the value of our products.

  • Create messaging and assets for product launches and updates.

  • Produce solution briefs, customer success stories, and targeted content for different audiences.

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across major platforms to boost brand and product awareness.

  • Design and implement campaigns that enhance engagement and visibility.

  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and optimize strategies accordingly.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Excellent storytelling and English writing skills to convey product value clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • Strategic thinking ability to set clear objectives and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B software, API product marketing, or digital/social media marketing.

  • Data-driven decision-making skills and experience using social media analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.

  • Proven experience in growing social media channels and driving audience engagement.
