SEI (Philippines) Incorporated is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented fixed-term Product Market Development Specialist to be responsible for market research, initial customer acquisition, channel and partner development and establishment of an initial sales and go-to-market model related to power cable products from Indonesia and Japan. This position has a term of one (1) year which shall commence on April 01, 2026 and shall expire on March 31, 2027. However, the President may extend such term to a maximum of twelve (12) additional months when such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Market Strategy Report
- List of Potential distributors
- Pricing range analysis and competitive landscape assessment

Conduct market research and analysis, identify business opportunities

Prepare quotations, proposals, cost comparisons, and product presentations

Provide product information and technical support to customers

Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors and clients

Coordinate with SIK and SEI Japan for pricing, products details and delivery schedules

Monitor deliveries and customer requirements

Attend customers meetings

Support marketing activities and events such as exhibitions and seminars
Qualifications
- Male, preferably 35-45 years old
- College graduate in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related course (preferred)
- Resides in the National Capital Region (NCR).
- Single or Married
- Computer literate with strong command of English.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in power cable (low and medium voltage cable), electrical, construction, or industrial products
- Strong knowledge and understanding of power cables and electrical systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Strong sales mindset and ability to achieve targets
- Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork, customer visits and project site inspections
- Computer literate (MS Office, email, reporting tools
- Can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- With driver’s license
- Familiarity with Japan market or project-based sales is preferred
