NaturalMotion is seeking an intrinsically motivated and aspiring Product Manager to be a core part of the CSR Racing 3 team. This is a role for a high-potential individual who is eager to dive deep into the day-to-day operations and growth of a successful mobile title.
You will gain essential, hands-on experience by directly influencing the live game—from injecting a creative spark into new event design to rigorously testing new features and managing the development backlog. You will be the crucial link, translating high-level strategy into actionable plans for our cross-functional teams (Analytics, Design, Engineering, and Art).
We are looking for a candidate who embodies: Drive to see projects through, deep care for the player experience, ownership of their domain, persistent curiosity to understand player behaviour, and clear strategic thinking to chart a course for growth.
