At Bullet Echo, we’re looking for a Product Manager to drive feature development and product improvements in a live midcore environment.

This role is deeply product-focused — balancing game design thinking with analytics and marketing impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Core team product roadmap: define, prioritize, and maintain it in alignment with the GM's strategic direction
  • Translate product goals into clear initiatives with owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes
  • Work closely with Game Design, Analytics, and LiveOps to ensure initiatives are well-defined and well-executed
  • Use data to inform prioritization and evaluate results - partnering with Analytics, not replacing them
  • Align Growth on upcoming features and releases
  • Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers
  • Maintain a clear picture of what the team is working on, what's at risk, and what's next

What We're Looking For

  • Proven PM experience in midcore mobile game development (must-have)
  • Strong product sense - ability to evaluate features from player, business, and execution perspectives
  • Comfortable setting your own agenda within a defined strategic context, without needing constant direction
  • Deep understanding of product analytics: retention, monetization, engagement metrics
  • Structured and pragmatic thinker - you simplify, not complicate
  • Strong communication and alignment skills - you lead through influence, not hierarchy
  • Ownership mentality: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just process

Nice to have

  • Experience with PvP or competitive mobile games
