About the Team

The Product Management team owns Decagon’s platform and foundational features: agent building, eval, analytics, testing, experimentation, versioning, integrations, and enterprise controls. We work across every customer segment, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market to ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and easy to use.

As one of our founding PMs, you’ll help define the product foundation that every Decagon customer uses to build and run their AI agents. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and scoping to launch and adoption, shaping the product experience for some of the world’s most influential businesses.

About the Role

Voice is the most natural way for people to communicate. Speaking is faster than typing, it conveys more emotion and context, and it fits seamlessly into everyday life. For businesses, voice is a crucial channel in their broader omni-channel customer experience strategy.

In this role, you will be the product owner for Decagon’s AI-powered voice agent. Your mission will be to deliver human-level voice performance across a variety of use cases, from cost-effective frontline support to proactive outreach for onboarding, retention, and promotion.

In this role, you will

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Decagon’s voice agent

  • Work closely with customers to deeply understand their problems and requirements

  • Translate these into clear specs and evals, then partner with engineering and research to bring them to life

Your background looks something like this

  • Have 6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, founder, engineer, researcher etc.)

  • Experience building voice agents, e.g., LLMs, speech-to-text models, text-to-speech models, speech-to-speech models, background noise separation, call center integrations.

  • Strong technical acumen — comfortable discussing APIs, AI models, and architecture with engineers

  • Experience building voice conversational AI using latest LLMs and TTS technologies

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Proven track record of shipping impactful features in fast-paced environments

Even better if you have

  • A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree or equivalent technical experience

  • Experience working at a startup or high-growth company

  • Experience working on an enterprise B2B product
