Product Manager

Would you like to use your Product Management skills to help policy makers and operators deliver information advantage? Two Six Technologies provides Information Advantage to Government, Military and Fortune 50 customers tasked with mission critical decision making. 

You will join a team of three Product Managers building products that improve decision loops for customers operating in a manipulated information environment. You will be responsible for establishing the Deliver product line, which incorporates programmatic advertising, survey, and commercial messaging applications into mission solutions supporting operations. You will work with our clients, end users and internal users, and stakeholders to define a productized version of a mission critical service TST already provides to customers. You will own the vision and strategy for building our tradecraft and secure approaches into the new product line, and collaborate with the development team to execute. 

You must be comfortable taking ownership of products and processes, and be able to work closely with product managers, technologists, and customer-facing representatives to drive work from conception to completion. You should have a deep understanding of product management, familiarity with programmatic advertising ecosystems, and a strong drive to test ideas with data.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work with customers and stakeholders to develop a product vision for Deliver
  • Conduct market research, solicit customer feedback, and test new ideas to build our backlog and roadmap
  • Collaborate in a cross functional team to build Deliver functionality
  • Engage stakeholders in the innovation process and keep them informed of your work
  • Advocate for solving customer problems by building functionality into the product line
  • Collaborate with other PMs to build value across product lines
  • Advocate for a user-centered culture and drive change in that direction
  • Be open and flexible to jump in where help is needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising technologies is a key differentiator
  • Experience working with leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to build products that solve hard problems
  • Strong familiarity with the role of a Product Manager and PM tools for discovery and delivery, including creating rapid prototypes to quickly test new product ideas
  • Experience working in scrum/kanban on cross functional teams
  • Team mentality to do what’s best for the product

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience creating products for government users, particularly in environments with limitations on technology access
  • Experience with commercial messaging applications, real-time bidding, ad-tech, and web-based surveys
  • Interest in supporting US government missions to counter foreign adversary and non-state actor propaganda and disinformation
  • Active TS or TS/SCI Clearance is a bonus, but those without a clearance are encouraged to apply.

Clearance/Citizenship:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
