POSITION DESCRIPTION: We’re looking for a passionate, impact-driven professional who can translate vision into execution and deliver meaningful product outcomes. As a Product Manager at Sayari (Mirato is now apart of Sayari), you will own our TPRM product lines and guide them through the entire lifecycle - from strategy to execution - delivering innovative solutions that make a real impact. You will work cross-functionally to connect technical and business worlds, breaking down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development. This role requires a customer-centric mindset and global collaboration across engineering, design, sales, marketing and support. You will lead inbound and outbound product management activities, owning the roadmap end-to-end, collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define, build and launch market-leading solutions, leverage your technical acumen and product expertise to align customer needs with business objectives and ensure exceptional customer experiences while achieving key business goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the product lifecycle: design, build, launch and iterate on new features to deliver meaningful impact.
  • Develop deep product expertise: understand your domain, industry best practices and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Translate vision into action: create clear requirements and prototypes; gather and prioritize user and business needs to build a compelling roadmap.
  • Drive critical decisions: balance scope, timelines and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate across teams: work closely with R&D, design, QA, support, marketing and sales to define and refine workflows and capabilities.
  • Champion data-driven improvement: monitor adoption, collect feedback and iterate to improve value and usability; define and track KPIs to guide decisions.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Success managing the full product development lifecycle and complex platforms with multiple user roles.
  • Exposure to fast-paced startups or high-growth environments (advantage).
  • Full professional proficiency in English.

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to define KPIs, link features to business impact and prioritize accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills; able to influence without direct authority and build trust across teams.
  • User-centric mindset with a solid understanding of UX best practices; passionate about delivering intuitive and effective experiences.
  • Comfortable partnering with engineers and designers; technically fluent enough to discuss solutions and trade-offs.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, navigates ambiguity and delivers results in fast-moving environments.
  • Sharp problem-definition and solution skills; understands user needs and shapes practical solutions.
  • Balances strategic thinking with tactical execution—knows when to challenge and when to “just get it done.”
  • Stay hands-on and practical; you’re willing to jump into QA, support or other startup needs to keep momentum.
  • Flexible and calm under pressure; adapts quickly to change.
