Leading Scrum delivery and writing comprehensive PRDs to drive product impact.

Leading discussions across teams and building clear product documentation and release notes.

Conducting product training sessions for Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure seamless product adoption.

Supporting product data analysis, AI workflow implementations, and compliance audits.

Assisting with system architecture and executing Product Proof of Concept (PoC) implementations.

2+ years of experience in product management or product operations.

Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A strong willingness to learn and manage technical projects, including data analysis and AI-related workflows.
