Move supports people who are inactive, in pain, or navigating chronic conditions by offering a digital movement solution that’s actually built for them. Members are paired with a dedicated Physical Health Specialist who creates a personalized movement plan, offers 1:1 support, and helps them build confidence and consistency over time. With wearable sensors, guided sessions, and zero gym pressure, Move makes it easier to feel better—one doable step at a time. The Move team—across Clinical, Product, Marketing, and Operations—works together to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that improves physical health, boosts quality of life, and reduces costs for our partners. What you’ll be doing:
  • Identify and size the highest-impact opportunities across the member journey—with a focus on acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Develop and drive growth strategies that span content, touchpoints, and engagement loops—turning insights into initiatives that move key metrics.
  • Translate strategic goals into clear, testable, and scalable workstreams, collaborating closely with Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to scope and execute initiatives, proactively managing dependencies and ensuring organizational alignment.
  • Operate as the strategic engine behind execution—connecting the dots, unblocking teams, and ensuring progress through complex and fast-changing environments.
  • What you need to have:
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills—able to dig into data, spot opportunities, and translate insights into action across the member funnel.
  • Proven experience navigating complex organizations and leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution, bringing structure to ambiguity and momentum to roadmap delivery.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator who can align diverse stakeholders and build buy-in across teams.
  • A bias for action, high ownership, and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
