We are looking for a motivated, focused, curious Product Manager with deep experience in venture capital. This role is an exciting mix of tactical and strategic work that will allow you to work closely with every department in the company, as well as with some of the top venture firms in the world.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our company's products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product aligns with the company's vision and goals, and meets the needs of our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and feature prioritization to launch and iteration
  • Spend time with customers, sales, and support teams to deeply understand their pain points/needs, and translate this knowledge into actionable product strategies
  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap, and help prioritize features that create the most value for customers
  • Collect and analyze data from product usage metrics, customer feedback, in-house stakeholders and competitor data to inform product decisions and feature requirements
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery
  • Use data from product usage, customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to inform decision-making and continuously improve the product

What You'll Bring

  • Deep domain expertise in venture capital investment and finance workflows - either from building products serving VCs/LPs (cap table management, scenario modeling, investment tracking) or from working at a venture firm
  • 4+ years of formal PM experience or subject matter expertise with demonstrated product sense and structured thinking
  • A customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a willingness to take risks, experiment, and learn quickly from failure
  • Ability to alternate between 10,000 foot and 10 foot views easily, and at the right time
  • Demonstrated expertise leading product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic planning, requirements definition, and product value optimization
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks
