Lead the development and implementation of innovative stablecoin and RWA asset issuance products while navigating complex regulatory frameworks and market opportunities.
Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of stablecoin/RWA asset issuance products from 0 to 1.
- Develop the overall strategy and roadmap for the company's stablecoin and RWA products.
- Analyze global regulatory developments, market demands, and the competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities (e.g., multi-chain stablecoins, RWA tokenization for emerging asset classes).
- Define and continuously optimize the core value proposition of the product for different customer segments such as institutions, merchants, and retail users.
- Lead the mechanism design for stablecoin/RWA products, including but not limited to: minting and redemption processes, reserve asset management schemes, interest rate setting, and cross-chain bridging.
- Collaborate with finance and custody teams to design and monitor the transparency and audit processes for reserves.
- Drive the ecological integration and growth of stablecoins/RWA in core application scenarios such as payments, trading, and DeFi.
- Design token cash flow distribution models, as well as secondary market trading and transfer mechanisms.
- Internalize complex compliance requirements (such as securities laws, KYC/AML, accredited investor certification) into seamless product features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product experience in fintech, digital assets, or related fields, with preference given to those with experience in stablecoin or security token issuance.
- Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical skills, and complex problem-solving abilities, capable of handling highly intricate product and compliance challenges.
- Proficient in blockchain technology, smart contracts, token standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Deep understanding of different stablecoin models, reserve management, minting/redemption mechanisms, and global regulatory trends.
- Familiarity with the issuance, servicing, and legal structures of one or more RWA asset classes, and understanding of the lifecycle management of security tokens.
- Thorough understanding of global securities regulations, KYC/AML/CFT requirements, reserve audit standards, and systemic risk management.
- Familiar with smart contract development processes, security audit requirements, and the application of oracle technologies.
