We operate 3 business segments:

  1. Corporate Secretary: Automating the company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign.  We are the market leaders in Singapore with ~5% market share of all new business incorporations
  2. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
  3. FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses

Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK.  We have around 500 staff with an intact startup mindset.

Mission:
As Product Manager, you will be responsible to develop features for the full suite of our products. The Focus of our product development is to provide an amazingly simple customer experience, great insights on their company financials and automated operations supported by AI.


Key Outcomes:

  • Managing all aspects of product development and user experience for existing and new products.
  • Think creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to inform new products and features.
  • Enforce customer centricity in the product development cycle. Deduce insights for our product strategy based on data and user feedback.
  • Drive discovery process, including inputs from research, design and internal stakeholders, to formulate product vision.
  • Prioritize roadmap based on customer and business impact.
  • Define and communicate product requirements and specifications, and be clear of the definition of done.
  • Work closely with the software development squad to ensure great quality and pace in delivery, and help manage scope to ensure progress.
  • As an Agile product owner, write acceptance criteria to be implemented by software engineers and prioritize tickets of each sprint.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years working experience as a Product Manager
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies to build the product features & roadmap
  • Proficient with JIRA
  • Good enough understanding of the various technology stacks used for frontend as well as backend implementations.

The interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.

Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role. 

HR Screening

A ~30 minute chat with TA for initial HR Screening.

Technical Assessment

A ~60 minute chat with the Hiring Manager. They’ll discuss your last 1-2 roles to understand your experience in more detail.  

Soft Skills assessment

A ~60 minute chat with a member of the leadership team, where they will dive into some of your recent work situations to understand how you think and work.

Offer + reference interviews

We’ll make a non-binding offer verbally or over email, followed by a couple of short phone or video calls with references that you provide to us.
