About the Role

We are hiring a Product Manager to help shape and deliver change across the Retail Mortgage lifecycle. You will work across different parts of the journey depending on business priorities. You will lead discovery, define requirements, guide delivery, and improve experiences for brokers and customers. This is a varied role with meaningful responsibility and plenty of opportunity to influence outcomes.

What you will be doing

  • Lead discovery and delivery for a range of initiatives across the Retail Mortgage journey (originations, product transfers, broker and customer journeys, servicing enhancements, etc.)

  • Identify customer, broker and operational needs and turn insights into clear problem statements and opportunities

  • Translate opportunities into well-defined requirements, user stories and prioritised backlogs

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design and data teams to shape solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes

  • Break down complex workflows into simple, intuitive digital experiences

  • Work with stakeholders across Operations, Credit, Risk, Legal and Sales to ensure solutions land smoothly

  • Use data to understand performance and drive continuous improvement

What we are looking for

  • Strong product management experience across the full product lifecycle, including discovery and delivery

  • Experience with mortgages, broker journeys or regulated financial products (useful but not essential)

  • Ability to simplify complexity and create customer-centred solutions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions and priorities

  • Curious, collaborative and outcome-driven mindset
