About the team + role

The Share of Wallet team is focused on building industry-changing products that help customers consolidate and grow more of their wealth on Robinhood as their financial lives and needs expand. This includes launching growing our existing suite of financial products - like Robinhood Retirement & Robinhood Strategies - and launching large-scale, zero-to-one product verticals and evolving them into category-defining experiences. We’re looking for an experienced & passionate Product Manager to lead a team focused on building and growing the products that solve these needs.  

As a PM on the team, you’ll lead initiatives that help customers grow their share of wallet with Robinhood — whether that’s investing for new goals, bringing over more assets, adopting new financial behaviors, or trusting Robinhood with increasingly important financial decisions. This is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership, significant cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to shape core pillars of Robinhood’s long-term strategy. This is a unique opportunity to drive outsized impact leading large-scale new product verticals at the cutting edge of fintech. 

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

  • Lead a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists and marketers to better understand our customers and their most pressing needs. 
  • Establish & execute on a product vision and strategy for the team and how we can help our customers grow their investments on Robinhood. 
  • Foster a culture of ambition, learning and iteration through experimentation and thinking big.  
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, operations, finance, and more to ensure products are built the right way
  • Deliver products on time with an extremely high quality bar - embodying our mindset that ‘the product is the details’
  • Launch delightful and impactful products 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 5+ years experience building and shipping high-quality, consumer product experiences
  • Experience defining and launching large 0-1 products in the consumer or consumer-facing fintech space.   
  • Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills. 
  • Experience with using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision making.
  • A builder mindset — scrappy, ownership-driven, and motivated to make an outsized impact
  • (Nice to have) Experience in fintech or products involving complex regulated domains

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
