Lead the development of product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business goals and user needs while driving continuous improvement in product performance.
Define SMTs, product strategy, MRDs, PRDs, and prioritized feature roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and TAM assessments to support product decisions.
Act as the voice of the user, ensuring strong alignment between business and engineering teams.
Lead the design and implementation of UX/UI for both web and mobile applications.
Deliver product demos and ensure cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Track product performance and continuously iterate using user insights and business KPIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new products and platform enhancements.
Analyze existing workflows, processes, and systems to identify gaps and recommend functional improvements.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and business objectives.
Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to system architecture from a business perspective.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate outcomes, and provide sign-off for production releases.
Continuously gather feedback and refine requirements based on evolving user and market needs.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, MIS, Business or a related field required, Master’s Degree preferred.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Agile Certified
Professional (PMI-ACP) preferred
Hands-on experience with Jira, SQL, GA, Figma, XD, Miro
Minimum of 6 years increasingly responsible project management/Scrum Master experience with an emphasis on systems designs and construction of medium to large sized projects.
Prior experience in PHP, NodeJS programming in a cloud.
