Product Manager

The Role:

As a Product Manager at SEEK, you'll own and evolve products that drive meaningful outcomes for customers and the marketplace. You'll set product strategy based on deep customer insights and data, make critical trade-offs, and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity to deliver impact. You'll think beyond features to whole-of-marketplace outcomes, balancing short and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own a core problem space and drive product transformation
• Challenge the status quo and shape SEEK's business model evolution
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
• Champion customer needs and design valuable user experiences
• Identify and validate opportunities through discovery practices
• Lead execution of product improvements and new functionality
• Monitor product metrics and drive continuous iteration
• Bring market and competitive insights to product strategy

The Team:

Reporting to Head of Product - Selection, based in Kuala Lumpur. You'll work on Talent Search products used by thousands of employers across 8 Asia-Pacific markets, enabling them to search SEEK's candidate database using proprietary search and matching capabilities. This team works on SEEK's highest priority OKRs.

• Data-driven with analytical skills
• Cross-functional leadership experience
• Excellent communicator and influencer at all levels
• Deep product development expertise (agile, discovery, technical design)
• Experience with AI-enabled products (advantage)
• Growth mindset and belief in SEEK's purpose
