Product Manager - Security (Remote - Europe)

As a Security Product Manager, you will lead the development and positioning of security-focused products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs while maintaining strong compliance and risk management standards. You will drive the security roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-facing messaging. This role provides the opportunity to influence product strategy, engage with partners and stakeholders, and establish security as a competitive differentiator. Working remotely across Europe, you will help shape the company’s security posture, support compliance initiatives, and ensure that security enhancements are communicated effectively both internally and externally. Your contributions will directly impact customer trust and the adoption of cutting-edge AI cloud solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Define the vision, roadmap, and strategy for security products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of security features, from ideation and prioritization to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Coordinate customer-facing communications during security updates, incidents, and compliance-related announcements.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and regulatory monitoring to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends in security.
• Support certification and audit processes, gathering technical evidence and collaborating with relevant teams to meet standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
• Partner with internal teams including engineering, platform security, legal, and GRC to enhance security products and services.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment between product security initiatives and company-wide objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Program Management with a focus on security initiatives.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, and their translation into business value.
• Proven ability to communicate technical security concepts clearly to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, working effectively with engineers, product managers, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics, interpreting data, and making informed decisions.
• Excellent project management skills, coordinating complex, cross-team initiatives while ensuring timely delivery and compliance alignment.
• Preferred: certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP; experience in regulated industries or cloud service environments.
