Role Overview:
We're on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our Selection product team. In this role, you'll work on the latest AI and ML models to identify the best product assortment that delights our customers. These systems will help identify the core assortment we should add to our catalog and build tooling to help our Brand managers and suppliers efficiently source these products. We're seeking someone hands-on with a structured mindset, strong analytical skills, effective communication, and strong project management abilities.

What You Will Do:

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for one or more areas within selection, sourcing and onboarding.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, identifying use cases, and establishing success metrics.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance key business metrics. 
• Drive new product development with clear objectives and timelines, fostering collaboration across teams and employing rigorous project management methodologies. 
• Inspire the team with your product vision, collaborating cross-functionally to realize it. 
• Develop a top-tier selection catalo that aligns with business objectives and exceeds customer expectations. 

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical disciplines, or have equivalent experiences.
• At least 3 years of product management experience, with a track record of developing and executing a compelling product vision. 
• An analytical mindset suited to a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly dynamic and ambiguous start-up like environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• A bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively and influence others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing and launching planning products (e.g., fulfillment planning, inventory management, scheduling, routing, network design, etc.).
• Experience tackling ambiguous business and operational challenges, including the ability to model decision problems effectively, at the right level of abstraction.
