ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Product Manager at Regal, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a key domain of our platform, working closely with leadership to build innovative solutions that redefine customer interactions. You’ll collaborate with your pod to deliver high-impact features while engaging directly with customers to uncover their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements. From shaping roadmaps to supporting rollouts and driving adoption, you’ll gain hands-on experience in every stage of the product lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-growth startup, all while working on cutting-edge AI-driven technology. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shape the roadmap for a domain of our product to deliver high-impact, quality features
Interface directly with customers to understand their use cases, challenges, and needs
Motivate and define requirements for new features, working closely with product design, engineering, and the data team to ensure successful implementation
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support rollouts, address customer requests, and close deals
Review and test new and existing features to ensure they work as expected, and help customers adopt them
ABOUT YOU:
1-2 years of experience in Product Management is required (We are open to new grads with impressive internship experiences)
Experience launching new SaaS products
Experience directly interacting with and presenting to customers
You drive projects to completion excellently, and are always looking for new ways that processes and products can be improved
Analytical and structured thinker
Eagerness to learn and grow
Preferred experiences but not necessary:
Experience at a high-growth, high-scale startup
Experience launching features built on OpenAI
Experience with B2B or Enterprise
Experience working with CRM or messaging platforms

POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS:
This position is only available in New York City (HQ- NoMad). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F. Covid vaccination policy in place.
