You Do:
- Understand Target Market and define product features considering competative landscape and innovation strategy.
- Leading and growing a team of high-calibre distributed systems software engineers.
- Contributing to engineering team-wide process improvements and automation.
- Collaborating with other teams to get ahead of cross-team dependencies.
- Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of complex projects.
- Contribute technically to projects, including task planning and code reviews.
You Have :
- 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and product/people management experience
- Experience in Product development from research,design, implementation up to delivery.
- Experience building and managing large scale distributed systems
- Understanding of Software Development process.
