Role Overview

As a Product Manager at REAL, you will own product features end-to-end and play a key role in shaping how users interact with our platform.

This role sits at the intersection of product, UX, and data. You will work closely with design and engineering to turn complex real estate and financial workflows into simple, intuitive, and scalable product experiences.

The role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, UX-driven, and enjoys working with data-heavy products, while taking full ownership of features from discovery to launch and iteration.

What You’ll Do

• Own product features end-to-end - from discovery and problem definition to launch and iteration
• Translate complex real estate and financial workflows into clear, intuitive product flows
• Work closely with design and engineering to define user journeys, interactions, and product behavior
• Use data to drive decisions - analyze usage, identify patterns, and prioritize improvements
• Create and iterate on product concepts using prototypes (Figma, v0, or similar tools)
• Define detailed product requirements, including edge cases and system behavior
• Lead product discovery processes, including user interviews and validation
• Continuously improve the product based on customer feedback and product analytics
• Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3- 6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment
• Strong UX orientation - ability to design intuitive user flows and experiences
• Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
• Experience working with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Heap, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (Figma, v0, or similar)
• Ability to break down complex systems into clear product logic
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with design and engineering teams
• High attention to detail, including edge cases and product behavior
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Curiosity and willingness to deeply understand real estate / finance / data domains
